Whereas Part 1 in this series discusses data management—such as organizing data, wrangling data, and so on—this segment discusses project management, including the management and organization of all the project files, such as manuscripts, manuscript revisions, figures, analysis scripts, presentations, and so on. Discusses the creation of README files, to-do lists and Kanban Boards, and offers general tips for successful project management.
Data Management Part 3: Git and Github
Sean Roberts discusses the use of Git and Github, including version control; collaboration, branching, and pull requests; and the use of Github for flagging issues and organizing discussions with collaborators.
