Hypothesis

Personality traits in adolescents will be predicted by inculcation for those traits in childhood (167).

Note

Sexual restraint in boys (r = 0.38) and girls (r = 0.52), obedience in boys (r = 0.41) and girls (r = 0.40), competitiveness in boys (r = 0.33) and girls (r = 0.37), and responsibility in boys (r = 0.28) are all significantly predicted by their inculcation in childhood.
