Technological complexity is positively associated with risk of resource failure (1).


Resource failure proxy variables include species richness, net aboveground productivity, effective temperature, mean rainfall for wettest month, and mean rainfall for driest month. Only mean rainfall for driest month was significantly correlated with technological complexity, which is reported here.
