Hypothesis

Simmons' measures of private property will be significantly correlated (in the same direction) with Murdock's measures of private property

Note

All variables were significantly correlated in the same direction, except for Simmons' variable 27 "Communal Ownership of Land" (r=.06, p > .05) with Murdock's measure of ownership of objects.
