Hypothesis
Resource density is positively correlated with type of tenure system.
Note
Within the independent variable 'resource density' there were subvariables tested (effective temperature, net primary production, net above ground productivity, log primary biomass, log secondary biomass, annual rainfall (mm) and terrestrial model population density). All of the p values reported below are in that order. None were significant.
Test Name | Support | Significance | Coefficient | Tail |
---|---|---|---|---|
Spearman rank correlation | Not Supported | p = 0.35; p = 0.41; p = 0.86; p = 0.27; p = 0.99; p = 0.19; p = 0.68 | Spearman's rho = -0.18; rho = 0.18; rho = 0.03; rho = 0.21; rho < 0.00; rho = 0.24; rho =-0.08 | UNKNOWN |
Variable Name | Variable Type | OCM Term(s) |
---|---|---|
Effective Temperature | Independent | Climate |
Net Above Ground Productivity | Independent | Production And Supply |
Land tenure system | Dependent | Real Property |
Net primary production | Independent | Fauna, Flora |
Log primary biomass | Independent | Mineral Resources |
Annual rainfall (mm) | Independent | Climate |
Terrestrial model population density | Independent | Geography |
