Hypothesis
The sex ratio should be higher in countries where contraception is widely practiced.
Note
"because total fertility would be lower and average birth order would consequently be lower (72)." The results of this test were not significant in model A (B=.0053, t=1.06) but were significant in model B when total fertility is replaced with the natural log of the gross national product.
