Hypothesis
Community size will be positively correlated with the prevalence of societal belief in supernatural punishment.
Note
“Theories of witchcraft”, “high gods” and “evil-eye-rating” were supported (p< .05, tau-b >.213), but did not remain significant after controlling for region, religion, or contact with other societies.
