Hypothesis

Ideas about gender roles in labor as derived from irrigation potential and plough use are transmitted across generations by men in Europe.

Note

A series of questions from the European Social Survey seem to indicate that men are more likely to transmit ideas about gendered labor roles as derived from irrigation potential and plough use.
