Hypothesis
The presence of women dancing in nuptial rituals is less frequent in societies living in harsher environments.
Note
The author performed six different models: three with data omission and three without data omission. In addition, the variable measuring a “harsh environment” is climate predictability (“precipitation predictability” and “temperature predictability”). All the p-values of these models were not statistically significant.
