HRAF Intern
- Joined the HRAF team in July 2014
- Participates in developing a comprehensive database for cross-cultural research as part of HRAF’s Explaining Human Culture project
- Assists in developing additional educational resources for HRAF, including an online tutorial in cross-cultural methods
- Participates in ethnographic coding for HRAF’s upcoming Climate-Related Hazards, Disasters, and Cultural Transformations project

- Graduated from Carleton College in 2014 with a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology
- Field research with Kaqchikel Maya in Guatemala and the Hamar of Ethiopia
- Completed senior thesis on conversion among Jehovah’s Witnesses
- Main interests are political and economic anthropology, religion, cognition, and social theory
- Enjoys hiking, camping, and music
