Collections Editor

Dr. Teresa Silva joined HRAF as the Collections Editor in 2025. Teresa holds a PhD with άριστα from Democritus University of Thrace based on the study of ceramic sherds from three Late Neolithic sites in Northern Greece. Her research interests include networks, the transfer of intangible knowledge through material objects, ceramic style and technology, and cultural memory. Her MA in Archaeology is from the University of Sheffield and her BA in Classical & Near Eastern Archaeology is from Bryn Mawr College. In her leisure time, she enjoys plant care and a variety of art including embroidery, bookbinding, and dance.
