iKLEWS Team Leader

Sridhar’s research interests are in data science and artificial intelligence. At HRAF, he leads the iKLEWS project using insights from Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning methods for ethnographic text understanding. Previously, he applied NLP techniques for information extraction in finance, biology, and regulatory domains in his prior works. He studies financial and social systems using machine learning models.

He taught classes in data analytics to master-level and professional students. Sridhar earned his BE in Electrical engineering at the National Institute of Rourkela. He earned his MBA (2008) from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and Ph.D. in Data Sciences from the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
